	Pastor Dave Van Wingerden - Sr. Pastor: Pastor Dave has pastored Churches in California, New Jersey, Iowa and Minnesota since 1972. Dave and his wife Cherie have two married daughters and nine grandchildren. Dave and Cherie have a heart for the family. Pastor Dave has a teaching gift and the passion to build a healthy church. davebefc@izoom.net
	Pastor Chris Salvevold - Assoc. Pastor of Youth Ministries: Pastor Chris joined our staff in 2004, as Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries. He and his wife Kristin have three children. Chris has over a decade of youth ministry experience. He has a heart for developing a relationship oriented ministry with our Middle School and Senior High youth. cbefc@izoom.net
	Lisa Hidde - Director of Music Ministries: Lisa has been leading music ministries in churches for many years. She's passionate about her ministry because she believes lives can be changed & saved through the spiritual intimacy & bonding worshiping together can bring. lhidde@aol.com
	Julie Toedter - Director of Children's Ministries: Julie is a mother of five who has a vested interest in quality Christian Education. Our mandate at BEFC is to create a desire for Jesus in the hearts of our children. juliebefc@izoom.net
