INTERESTED IN BAPTISM
At BEFC we practice “believer’s baptism” - meaning:  Upon your profession of faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior we baptize you.  If you are interested in following the example of Jesus in being baptized  contact Pastor Dave.  Baptismal Service will be held Sunday evening, July 11at 5pm.  Home of Tom & Mary Fallgren.  Followed by potluck supper and family swim. 
 
SFT COLORADO WHITEWATER ADVENTURE
10  of our men, including Pastor Dave, are returning from a weekend Whitewater Raft trip today.  We are happy to have Pastor Dan Osborn with us again to fill in for Pastor Dave.  Welcome Dan.
 
FAMILY BONFIRE BASH
Saturday, June 19 - 7 pm at the church property. Come for a time of fellowship around the bonfire, worship and lawn games.  Bring your own chairs and snacks, water will be provided.  Watch the bulletin for more upcoming family events!
 
NEEDS FOR HAITI TRIP 3
Haiti Team 3 is gearing up for their week of ministry from June 21 - 28, and with that have come some needs.  We need luggage that doesn't exceed 62" (length, width, height), which generally means large suitcases.   We are also taking donations of the following supplies:  small athletic/sports equipment; baby items (diapers - cloth or disposable, bottles, formula); candy or snacks for children; games; school supplies.  Donations can be dropped at the church office.  Contact Pastor Chris with any questions.
 
LAKE KABATOGAMA GETAWAY
The Outdoor ConneXion has an exciting outing of camping and fishing planned for the weekend of July 23-25 to Lake Kabatogama.  Think "Boundary Waters with motor boats."  While this trip is targeted to our teens we will need a team of adults who can connect with the kids and teach them the ropes as needed.  A significant need is for a couple more boats and transportation.  Space is limited.  If you're interested, contact Ken Schurter or Jay Suhsen.
 
DRIVERS NEEDED
Pastor Chris needs three drivers for Valleyfair (minivans/SUVs).  Drivers provide gas and parking, but their admission is paid.  If you could help, contact Wendy Jundt by June 13.
