MEN’S SPIRITUAL FORMATION TEAM
Men’s SFT team tomorrow evening—7pm—church office.  Second session of our Manly Man’s Conference with Jimmie Bratcher, David Murrow and Mark Gungor.
 
PAINTBALL PALOOZA
Any adult who can help with transporting teens for Paintball Palooza on Sunday, May 2 and would enjoy taking aim with a paintball marker should contact Pastor Chris ASAP.  See Youth Yak for more information.  Registration deadline is today.
 
BEFC GARAGE SALE FOR HAITI
We will be having a garage sale on May 13-14 to raise funds for Haiti.  Start collecting gently used items you would like to donate.  Watch the bulletin for dates to drop off items.  If you are interested in helping clean out the garage, set up, take down or transport items not sold, contact Kay Lukkarila.
 
ITEMS NEEDED
We would like to have some sand toys for the playground at the church office and material scraps for craft projects.  If you would like to donate new or gently used sand toys and/or material scraps, please contact Julie Toedter.
 
GRAD SUNDAY
On Sunday, May 16 we'll honor our 2010 graduates during our worship service and we invite all to stay for a celebratory meal following the service.   Donations from this meal will go toward our scholarship fund for the grads.
 
HIS KIDZ LEADER MEETING
We will have a meeting for the leaders of His Kidz on Wednesday, May 12 at the church office from 6-7:30 pm.
 
PLANT AN EXTRA ROW
If you are planting a garden this year consider “ Planting an Extra Row” for senior dining in your community. Than when it is harvest time we can share the product of your hard work with seniors in our program. Last year 93% of all diners said they ate healthier because of our program. Is there anything better than freshly harvested produce? Homegrown fruits and vegetables have that unique taste that is difficult to find in stores.
